Retention Bonus

A payment of £1000 will be paid every February to all full-time staff who have been in post for 12 months as at 31st  January. Pro-rata payments will be made to those with less than 12 months service and those working part-time.

Successful candidates for posts in certain areas will also receive a retention bonus of £3000 upon completion of 2 years service. Please see specific adverts for details.

Both payments are non-pensionable and will be subject to tax and social insurance deductions.
