Retention Bonus

Along with an attractive remuneration and orientation package the Health and Social Services Department awards a retention bonus of £1,000 to all nursing staff after one years service. A further lump sum of £697 is paid each February.

In addition to this, £3,500 is paid to trained nursing staff employed in the areas of Mental Health, Theatres, ICU and the Adult Disability Service upon completion of two years service.
