The brand new Health and Social Services Department staff accommodation development is now complete and applications are invited from interested people.

The accommodation is available to single professional staff eligible for a housing licence in relation to their post.

This building has been developed by the Guernsey Housing Association in conjunction with the Health and Social Services Department and is the first step in the provision of staff accommodation for key workers.

This new development includes

• 2 x 1 bedroom apartments with an open plan lounge/kitchen and separate shower room at £656 per month
• 4 x en-suite bedsits with cooking facilities for £548 per month
• 4 x en-suite bedrooms in a self-contained shared flat at £455 per person per month

The accommodation can be provided furnished and relocation expenses will be given to people moving to Guernsey from elsewhere. The building is carpeted and each kitchen is provided with an oven, hob and fridge. The rents do incorporate a percentage charge for water, electricity and service charges etc.

Amballa is a short walk from the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.
